Yes, we are providing a full service Brokerage and can help you
with any real estate transaction.

How and when do I get my checks?
All rent is due on the 1st of the month. Property owners are paid after rent
is collected and cleared. Owner draws are processed on the 15th of each month.
If this dates fall on a weekend or holiday, owner draws will be processed the
business day before. Please keep these dates in mind when scheduling your monthly
mortgage payments. A monthly statement will be posted to the online owner portal
after month end and will include all income, expenses and owner draws collected
and disbursed during the month. Owner draw payments are disbursed via direct
deposit to a checking or savings account of your choosing. There is no additional
charge to our homeowners for this service.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
One full month rent is a requirement for our 1 year lease.

How soon can you start managing my property?
Once we do a walk through of your property, we are ready to start.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
We offer an Owners' portal so you can log-in and see your management statements.

Who holds the tenant security deposit?
McQuilkin Real Estate hold all tenant security deposits unless owners requests.
