Sybille McQuilkin » Property Manager & NC Licensed REALTOR®
Sybille founded McQuilkin Real Estate in 2005. Sybille has extensive knowledge of property management,
sales and marketing. She models excellence, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the
Fayetteville Association of Realtors. Sybille is driven by homeowner satisfaction, ensuring peace of
mind to owners and tenants.
Jim McQuilkin » Broker, Owner
Jim joined McQuilkin Real Estate in 2005 after 22 years of service in the United States Military.
Jim’s expertise in business management gave the business the extra push it needed to grow and expand.
Fabian Ashley » Broker-In-Charge
Fabian joined McQuilkin Real Estate full time in April of 2016. He has become a valued member of
the management team, focusing primarily on property management. Fabian is an excellent communicator,
people are his highest priority.
Leanna Ashley » Sales Manager & Listing Specialist
Leanna joined the team in January 2019 as a Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator. She has been a licensed Broker since 2014. Leanna is a Raleigh native and has over 8 years of experience in real estate. She leads our sales division and ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they choose to work with our team.
Brittany Fulbright » Administrative Assistant
Brittany Is our administrative assistant and home inspection expert. She schedules and conducts each home inspection and initiates all repairs requests as needed. She is also a proud Campbell University alumni as well as a Harnett County Schools Special Education Teacher.
Sammi Owenby » Assistant Property Manager & Buyer Specialist
Sammi is our Buyer Agent and Assistant Property Manager. Her and her husband PCS'ed here last August from Dallas Texas. She is originally from Kansas and has a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from Kansas State University (EMAW). She is the worship leader at Spout Spring Church here in Cameron and loves working with people and encouraging them in any way she can!
